Service: Services will usually be performed prior to the promised date and time shown on the Work Order, but
Mega Cyber will not be responsible for delays or failure in performing such services caused by acts of nature,
acts of any government, failure of transportation, accidents, riots, terrorist threat or action, workstoppages
or strikes, or, in general other causes beyond Mega Cyber control. Also, Mega cyber, will not be responsible
for delays or failure to perform services due to conditions affecting the computer to be serviced prior to delivery
to Mega Cyber. A Pc technician will notify you, if the services will not be completed at the promised date
and time or if the services cannot be performed for any reason.
Your requeriments,Obligations and responsibilities for service. You agree to the following as a condition to
service:
A) It's your responsibility to make back-ups of all data stored on any computer hardware prior to
provision of service, and to remove all media from the computer. Neither Mega Cyber nor its PC services
technicians shall be responsible at any time for loss, alteration or corruption of any software, data or media.
B) You represent and warrant that you have licensed all original software resident on any computer subject
to service and/or all software to be installed by PC services Technicians as part of services.
C) You must report any physical damage (I.e., dents and scratches) to your product(s) at time of pick up
delivery or you waive all claims.
Warranties: There is no warranty for removal of viruses, spyware, adware or malware if your actions are the
cause of the repeated problem. You may be charged again for that service.
Problems not covered under warranty:
Computer limited warranties do not cover some third party software-related problems. Nor does the warranty
cover problems related to, or caused by, the installation of any hardware item(s) after the date of our
original repair. Problems related to accident or service performed by anyone other than an authorized
Mega Cyber Technician. We may uninstall certain applications that are known to cause system problems
before we begin troubleshooting, We are not responsible for any lost data although we will make every
effort to safeguard your data. Hard drives can die anytime.
When cleaning your computer’s files for better performance, some data will be erased like cookies, history,
start-up commands and other temporary files, but we will never purposely erase your important programs,
bookmarks, favorites, email records, letters, photos, videos and any other user-created files.
You have 30 days from the date of this order of service, to pay the full repair, after this period, you agree
that Mega Cyber discard your computer, without any liability to Mega Cyber. You agree that after these 30
days You grant to Mega Cyber ownership of the computer and you will not make any claim of any kind.
